Four things we do.
Only these four.
A firm that takes every kind of case is a firm that is learning on yours. We have spent 27 years on serious injury in Maricopa County and nothing else.
- Car accidentsRear-end, intersection, hit-and-run and rideshare collisions across the Valley.
- Truck accidentsInterstate 10 and Loop 202 collisions with 80,000 pound commercial vehicles.
- Catastrophic injurySpinal cord, traumatic brain injury, amputation, severe burns and permanent disability.
- Wrongful deathClaims brought by a surviving spouse, parent, child or the estate under Arizona law.
What happens after you call
You call. A person answers.
Any hour, in English or Spanish. Not a call centre, not a form that sits until Monday. We ask what happened and whether you are safe, in that order.
Same dayWe lock down the evidence.
Preservation letters go out inside the week. Vehicle data, dashcam footage, surveillance video and driver logs are routinely destroyed within thirty days.
Week oneYou treat. We build the file.
You get to the right specialists, and we handle the adjusters, the liens and the paperwork. Nobody from an insurance company speaks to you again.
Months one to nineThey pay, or we try it.
We give you a number and an honest recommendation. The decision is yours. If the offer is not right, we file, and we have tried 214 cases to verdict.
Resolution
What moving the number looks like
Every one of these opened as a low offer. Turn a card to read what changed it.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Figures are gross of fees and costs.

The room where a file gets taken apart before anyone talks settlement.
Three things that actually change the outcome
You pay nothing unless we win
No retainer, no hourly billing, no invoices during treatment. Our fee comes out of the recovery, and if there is none, you owe nothing including expenses.
Somebody answers, at any hour
A person, in English or Spanish, 24 hours a day. Evidence such as dashcam footage and vehicle data is often overwritten inside thirty days, so the first call matters.
We try cases, so the offers move
214 verdicts is not a marketing line. It is the reason a carrier that has seen us in front of a jury opens at a different number than it opens with everyone else.
The part nobody advertises
Every firm in this city claims it cares. What clients actually notice is who picks up the phone at eleven at night, and whether the number at the end moved.
The first offer was $18,000. Marisol told me to stop answering their calls and let her work. Fourteen months later it was $1.6 million.
I called at eleven at night expecting a machine. A person answered, in Spanish, and had someone at the hospital before morning.
They explained the fee in one sentence and never sent me a bill. Everything else about that year was confusing. This part was not.
Rafael went to trial when three other firms had told me to take the money. The verdict was more than six times the offer.
After my husband died I could not make phone calls. They took every single one of them, for eighteen months, without me asking.

Questions people actually ask
What does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front and nothing if we lose. Our fee is 33.3 percent of the recovery if the case resolves before a lawsuit is filed and 40 percent after that, because a filed case costs a great deal more to run. Case expenses come out of the recovery, not out of your pocket, and if there is no recovery you owe us nothing at all, including expenses.
How long do I have to bring a claim in Arizona?
Two years from the date of injury for most personal injury and wrongful death claims. If a city, county or state entity is involved, you must serve a notice of claim within 180 days, which is the deadline that quietly kills more cases than any other. Claims on behalf of a child are generally paused until they turn 18. Call before you assume you are out of time.
Do I have to go to court?
Probably not. Around 92 percent of our cases resolve without a trial. What changes the outcome is whether the other side believes we are willing and able to try it, which is why we prepare every file as though it is going in front of a jury.
The insurance company already offered me money. Should I take it?
Not before someone independent has valued your claim. Early offers are made while your treatment is incomplete, and accepting one closes the claim permanently, including for injuries nobody has diagnosed yet. A review costs you nothing and takes about twenty minutes.
What if the crash was partly my fault?
Arizona uses pure comparative fault, so you can recover even if you were substantially at fault. Your recovery is reduced by your percentage of responsibility. Being told by an adjuster that you were at fault is a negotiating position, not a legal finding.
