Terms of use
Last updated 1 August 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. This is a demonstration website built to show design and engineering work.
2. No legal advice
Everything on this site is general information about Arizona law. It is not legal advice, it is not tailored to your situation, and it may be out of date by the time you read it. Law changes, and the correct answer for one person is frequently the wrong answer for another with a nearly identical case. Do not act, or decline to act, based on anything here without speaking to a lawyer about your own facts.
3. No attorney-client relationship
Reading this site, submitting a form, sending an email or leaving a voicemail does not make us your lawyers. An attorney-client relationship is created only when we have completed a conflict check and both of us have signed a written fee agreement. Until that happens, please do not send us confidential information, and understand that we are not monitoring any deadline in your matter.
4. Prior results
Case results described on this site are examples of past outcomes. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any other matter. Every case turns on its own facts, its own evidence, its own venue and its own insurance coverage. Figures shown are gross recoveries before attorney fees, case costs and medical liens.
5. Attorney advertising
This website may be considered attorney advertising in some jurisdictions. It is intended for residents of Arizona and people whose matters arise in Arizona. We are licensed to practise in Arizona and do not seek to represent anyone in a jurisdiction where doing so would violate that jurisdiction's rules.
6. Fees
We work on a contingency fee. The fee percentages described elsewhere on this site are typical and are stated for illustration. The actual terms of any engagement are governed exclusively by the written fee agreement signed by you and by this firm. Case costs and expenses are handled as set out in that agreement.
7. Links and third parties
Any link to another website is provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for what they do with your information.
8. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it is either. It is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Rivera Trial Group PLLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
