1. What this notice covers
This notice explains what happens to information you give us through this website, by phone, or by email. It covers Rivera Trial Group PLLC, a law firm with its office at2 North Central Avenue, Suite 1800, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
This is a demonstration website. No form on it transmits or stores data, and nothing you type into it leaves your browser.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, and whatever you tell us about your incident and injuries.
- Information about your visit. Pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, browser and device type.
- Records you send us. Photographs, police reports, medical records and correspondence you choose to share.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth or financial account details through this website, and you should not send them to us by email.
3. How we use it
- To evaluate whether we can help with your matter and to contact you about it.
- To check for conflicts of interest before we can speak with you in detail.
- To provide legal services if you become a client.
- To improve how this website works and which pages are useful.
4. What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with lead generators, marketing networks, case brokers, medical providers or any insurer. Your enquiry is not a product.
5. Confidentiality and privilege
Submitting a form or sending an email does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not by itself make what you send privileged. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive material until we have confirmed in writing that we are representing you. If we do represent you, everything you tell us is protected by the attorney-client privilege and by the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct.
6. Cookies and analytics
This demonstration site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage to keep the page layout consistent between visits. Clearing site data removes it, and nothing about it is sent anywhere.
7. Retention
Where a matter does not become a case, we retain intake information only as long as needed to run conflict checks and meet our professional obligations. Client files are retained in accordance with Arizona record retention requirements and then destroyed securely.
8. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. You can opt out of any non-case communication at any time by replying to it.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Where a claim is brought on behalf of an injured minor, information about that child is provided by a parent or guardian and handled as part of the client file.
